We couldn’t be more proud of our directors and the whole team at Drummer for the recent success across the pond. We are delighted to accept not one, but two awards at the Deaf Rochester Film Festival in New York.
Seb Cunliffe directed the Best Documentary winning film, ‘I Want to Change the World’, in which we meet Daniel, a Deaf teenager campaigning for the introduction of a BSL GCSE in England.
The DRFF Grand Jury prize went to our drama ‘Hope’, directed by David Ellington, which tells the poignant story of a young woman with a terminal diagnosis.
Both films are available to watch on the BSLzone now!
